After taking a lengthy break from this blog, I'm back with various updates! Here we go.
Travel fun is quickly approaching. I am about to go to Sweden from May 10-19 w/the North Park Gospel Choir (playing guitar with the band), which I am very excited about. Also, I'm going to go see my good friend Sam Auger in Turkey + Bulgaria for two weeks in June! Pictures and stories to come.
I will be moving to Wicker Park and or Bucktown and or Logan Square this summer, which will be the best thing that's happened to me since graduation.
This is the main event..I have started a new band! Name TBD (I have a few ideas) but we are in the rehearsal stage. We're almost ready to cut a live video recording session; it'll happen in a month or so. So excited. I've pulled together a diverse crew for this one - gospel, rock, and jazz musicians are on it - and everyone sounds AMAZING. Look at these rehearsal videos! The official ones will be even more outrageous.
